Being in a relationship brings its own struggles and sometimes we need an objective third party to assist us to get over hurdles. Many couples come for joint sessions as a matter of course to maximise their communication and harmony. Other couples attend sessions when problems are escalating, and it becomes impossible to iron the problems out themselves.
