Registered Psychologist

Priya is a dedicated and empathic registered psychologist and clinical psychology registrar, with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology.

She has an interest and experience in supporting neurodiverse individuals. For over three years, she has successfully supported children, adolescents and adults with Autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, executive functioning difficulties and neurodiverse presentations.

She has extended her support to parents of neurodiverse children and adolescents, aiding them in establishing enriching environments that foster connectivity and support.

Priya also provides support for anxiety, depression, and trauma-related challenges in all ages.

Priya provides a personalised approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy and Play Therapy for children. She also utilises up to date technologies including Neurofeedback, COGMED and Virtual Reality.

Priya firmly believes that every individual deserves the opportunity to learn, grow and express themselves. She takes a neurodiversity affirming approach to therapy that builds on an individual’s existing strengths while effectively addressing their challenges, fostering a transformative journey toward improved well-being.

    • Fee is $200 per 50-minute session.
    • If you have a Mental Health Care Plan, you can claim a rebate of $93.35 per session from Medicare for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
