Receptionist

Grace is one of our friendly and caring receptionists who may be the first person you will make contact with (by phone or email) when you reach out to Anxiety Solutions CBT. Grace responds to queries, schedules appointments and takes payments. She is client focused, empathic and compassionate and aims to make your experience with us seamless.

Grace is currently completing her 4th year psychology studies at Monash University, having completed a Bachelor of Science (International) in Psychology at UNSW in 2020. She previously worked in childcare and financial services but her passion lies in psychology and she is now focused on becoming an accredited psychologist.
