Clinical Psychologist

Tess is a Clinical Psychologist with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology. She has worked with a large variety of presentations including anxiety, depression, addictions, hoarding and developmental disorders across different settings including NGO’s, Mental Health Hospitals, private practice and within the NDIS sector.

Tess utilises a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness. She aims to develop a supportive therapeutic environment with a practical focus on behaviours that can help build resilience and manage the symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Tess also offers comprehensive mental health assessments; specific assessments for anxiety, autism spectrum disorder and ADHD; and ongoing behavioural plans and reporting for the NDIS assessment.

    • Fee is $250 per 50 minute session.
