Cogmed is an evidence-based, digital training program developed by leading cognitive neuroscientists to target and enhance working memory. It has been proven to improve working memory capacity, enhance attention and focus, and optimise problem solving skills.
Cogmed can benefit children, adolescents and adults. Research shows that the benefits of Cogmed training are maintained and sometimes even improve for up to 12 months, providing long-term improvements in cognitive performance.
It works through engaging and interactive exercises, with a qualified Cogmed coach who will guide you through an individualised training program.
