Renee is the Principal of Anxiety Solutions CBT Psychology Practice in Edgecliff, Sydney. She graduated cum laude in 1982 as a Clinical Psychologist and has worked in private practice ever since. She has counselled hundreds of individuals, couples and families.

Renee cares deeply about her clients and is warm and empathic enabling her clients to feel safe and protected.

Renee has extensive experience working with anxiety. She has developed a CBT treatment program which has been published as a self-help book. Renee’s treatment method is also being published by Australian Academic Press so that other psychologists can utilise her method in their own practice.

Renee has worked successfully with generalised anxiety disorder, social anxiety, fear of public speaking, performance anxiety and panic attacks. Renee’s other key areas of interest are depression, relationships and couple therapy, self-worth, resilience and well-being.

Renee has worked extensively with parents and has authored two books on parenting.
