Welcome to the Anxiety Self Test. We made this tool to help you determine whether you have anxiety, stress or a combination of both. It’s important to know if you have anxiety so that you can help yourself recover and seek effective treatment if necessary.

This short questionnaire is based on the D.A.S.S., a scoring scale used by psychologists and medical professionals to evaluate people for Depression, Anxiety and Stress.
